How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your items and sizes, and proceed to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at virastudio2024@gmail.com. Once an order is in production, changes may not be possible.

Production & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
School apparel orders are custom made and typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and ship. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship across Canada?
Yes! We ship Canada-wide.

Are your products custom made?
Yes, every piece is made to order and thoughtfully designed in-house. We take pride in creating quality apparel that reflects your style.

What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are custom made, all sales are final. We will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives defective or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at virastudio2024@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.
