Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Vira Studio. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there are any delays.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via Canada Post. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 business days within Quebec and Ontario. Please allow up to 4 weeks from your order date to receive your items.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping costs

We offer a flat rate of $13.00 CAD for standard shipping and $20.00 CAD for express shipping on all orders. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75.00 CAD.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

We currently ship to Canada.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase at virastudio2024@gmail.com. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
